Okay, it's Slocum Hall, but not like it is today. Here's a postcard showing the staircase leading down to College Place.
This 1918 photo also shows tracks for the streetcars which stopped running in Syracuse in 1941.
And finally - an image as the building appears today - without the stairs which were removed in 1967 for the widening of College Place.
