The building was dedicated as Mount Olympus Dormitory, but when Day and Graham Halls were dedicated in November 1958, this dormitory was re-named Flint Hall.
The dormitory is four stories with two wings connected by a one story central unit containing the main lounge, recreation room, family room, switchboard and mailbox unit and a director's suite. On each floor there is a smaller "pajama" lounge which can accommodate thirty persons and contains a kitchen unit. The building houses 538 students and contains 262 double rooms and 14 single rooms. Hobby, study and laundry rooms are located in the basement.
