Harold Roland Davis was born in 1893 and died in 1973. In 1914 he entered Syracuse University to study engineering, but left the University in 1918 during his junior year to enter the Army.

This is a collection of over 150 black and white photographs taken by Davis covering the years 1955-1957 and consist of 3 linear feet. The finding aid was prepared by Edward L. Galvin.
