Faculty Papers: Sawyer Falk
Sawyer Falk served as the Director of Drama at Syracuse University from 1927 to 1961. The collection is arranged into twelve series: Departmental Records, Syracuse University Dramatic Presentations, General Files, Theatrical Associations, Class and Lecture Notes, Student Notebooks, Published Materials on Stage and Cinema, Newspaper Articles, Playbills, Picture-Stage and Cinema, Play Manuscripts, and Drama Scrap Books. Each series has an introductory statement describing the types of records within the series as well as cross references to related materials in other series. The collection contains 111 boxes and covers the period from 1919 to 1961. The papers of Sawyer Falk were presented to the Syracuse University Archives in 1961 by Mrs. Sawyer Falk. This finding aid was prepared by Kyle C. Wilson.
