The 'Student Employee of the Year' award is given in conjunction with the National Student Employment Association and the Northeast Association of Student Employment Administrators. It was first presented in 1988. To be nominated for the award, a student must exhibit a high-level of job-related skills and professionalism, and an ability to work well with other student employees and professional staff.
