The Paul Greenberg House was named after S.U. Board of Trustees member, alumnus of the class of 1965, and President of Greenberg Realty Co. in Bethesda M.D., who contributed $1 million of the total $2.5 million cost for the structure's refurbishment. The remainder of the renovation money came from funds raised by the Campaign for Syracuse regional drive in Washington, D.C.

The Paul Greenberg House is a 4 story building in the Beaux Arts Classic style and is constructed of brick and masonry. The building has a two-story entrance portico, and newly installed curved etched glass in the windows. The first floor is used as a reception and lounge area, while the second floor holds the grand room. The third and fourth floors contain office space and computer support. The house was used as an art gallery before being purchased by Syracuse University.
