Collections and Personal Papers:
Collections Related to Academic Programs

The Syracuse University Archives actively documents the history of the academic programs of the University's schools and colleges.

Researchers should note the following regarding these collections:

1. Many of these collections are housed at an off-site facility and require a minimum of two business days to have them brought to campus.

2. The referenced collection may contain several boxes of information, or only brochures or programs.

3. Some of these collections are unprocessed and may not yet be available for research use.

4. Unpublished academic program records less than 30 years old are restricted, and researchers will need to obtain permission in writing of the Dean or Director of the specific school in order to access this material.

5. This list should not be considered complete. New accessions continue to be received, or older collections continue to be processed and made available.

Anyone interested in records of schools and colleges held by the Syracuse University Archives should contact the Archives.
