Dr. Donald Gerst Bishop was chairman of the Maxwell School's International Relations programs at Syracuse University from 1950 to 1965. These papers cover the years 1939-1971 and contain correspondence and writings concerning his books The Roosevelt - Litvinov Agreements, British Foreign Relations, Soviet Foreign Relations as well as other various published materials. This collection consists of 2 boxes. The finding aid was prepared by Kyle C. Wilson.
