Faculty Papers: George Babcock Cressey
While at Syracuse George Babcock Cressey lectured widely in North America, Europe, and Asia. His written works include; "Asia Lands and Peoples", "How strong is Russia?", and "Land of the 500 Million, a Geography of China". In 1951 he was named Maxwell Professor of Geography. In 1952, the American Geographical Society awarded him the George Davidson medal.
