Faculty Papers: Fredrick Roy Lear
Fredrick Roy Lear was born in 1882 in Corning, NY. He graduated from Syracuse University School of Architecture in 1905. Upon graduating he immediately joined the S.U. faculty. In 1908 he became an Associate Professor of Graphics. He was named a Professor of Graphics and Design in 1914. In 1923 he became Professor in charge of Architectural Design. Lear died in 1950.
