The Syracuse University Archives and Records Management staff entertains inquiries regarding the department's collections, information related to Syracuse University, and questions or suggestions about the Archives and Records Management Web Page. Priority must be given to the University's students, faculty, staff and alumni, but questions from general public are always welcome and will be processed as efficiently as possible.

In FY 2007-08, staff of the Archives and Records Management department handled over 5500 inquiries from both the University and the general public!
