Pamela Ray is an alumn of Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. Pam Ray is currently the president of Pamela Ray & Associates, LLC. She has been a Volunteer Commissioner at Arlington County Housing Commission, a Senior Legislative Staff member at the U.S. Senate, a Legislative Analyst for State-Federal Relations: NYS Senate Majority, and has been on the Professional Committee Staff: US Senate Banking Committee at the US Senate. Pam worked with Suse Lowenstein, the artist of Dark Elegy, on lobbying the National Capitol Memorial Advisory Commission to place the work in the Nation's Capitol under the Commemorative Works Act.
